Do I need to be home?
No. You can share entry, parking, lockbox, alarm, and access instructions during booking. Please make sure the cleaning professional can enter safely at the scheduled time.
Do cleaning professionals bring supplies?
Cleaning professionals typically arrive with standard cleaning supplies and equipment. Share any product preferences, allergies, delicate surfaces, or requests to use customer-provided products when booking.
What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us as soon as possible to update your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
What if something was missed?
Contact us within 24 hours if something from your selected service checklist was missed. We will review the concern and coordinate an appropriate follow-up when applicable.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Please include pet details when booking and secure animals that may be anxious, protective, or likely to interrupt the cleaning professional while they work.
What is not included?
Services outside the selected checklist, hazardous materials, pest waste, biohazards, exterior windows, high or unsafe-to-reach areas, and heavy lifting are generally not included. Contact us before booking if you are unsure about a specific task.
What is included in standard cleaning?
Standard cleaning covers routine kitchen and bathroom surfaces, dusting, floors, trash removal, and general room resets according to the selected checklist.
What is included in deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning adds time for buildup, baseboards, fixtures, and commonly neglected areas. It is often a better fit for first-time visits or homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently.
How does online booking work?
